Cancellation Policy

To ensure optimal service and availability for all our clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules. 

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged. 

  • No-shows (missing the appointment without notice): You will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. 

  • Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, and they will be charged the full service fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we don't have enough time to perform your scheduled service, you will be charged for the full service.
